How long does shipping take?
I currently ship within New Zealand only and try to have all orders packed and sent within 3 days of purchase. Once your order has been picked up by NZ Post, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you. Delivery timeframes are typically 5–7 business days, although this can vary depending on courier schedules and any unexpected delays. If the incorrect shipping method is selected at checkout, I may get in touch and send an additional invoice to cover the correct shipping cost before your order is sent.
Is each piece the same?
Each piece is lovingly handmade, making every item beautifully unique. Small variations in shape, size, glaze, and finish are part of the charm of handcrafted pottery and mean no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
How should I care for my pottery?
We recommend hand washing to help prolong the life and preserve the finish of your pottery.
Do you offer custom orders?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully packaged with lots of care to help ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging. I’ll work with the courier company to resolve it as quickly as possible.
